At Back to Basics Log Cabin, every product is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because our items are made for personal use, we’re unable to accept returns once they’ve left our shop.

However, your satisfaction matters to us.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 15 days of delivery so we can make it right. Depending on the situation, we’ll gladly provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

To report an issue, please email us with your order number, a description of the problem, and a photo of the item if possible.
